We want you to find your perfect scent match. If you are not completely satisfied with your Commodity purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all full-sized fragrances and discovery sets in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Download and print the label to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original Commodity box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the perfume bottles are well-protected to prevent leakage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
